Site Description : Built prior to 1920, two storey with attics. Luton Grey with red brick detailing. Canted bay timber sash windows to ground and first floor with decorative stone lintels above and terracotta dogtooth patterned tiles below. Dutch gable with fractable to attic conceals front of significant 6 pipe chimney and contains timber sash window with decorative red brick surround and stone lintol above. Decorative red brick string course runs below roof line. Original roof materials have been replaced although ridge tiles remain. Entrance door has fan light above and is flanked on either side with red brick and mounted by stone lintol with hanging tiles above. Sting course of dogtooth patterned terracotta tiles separates ground and first floor.
