Site Description : Built post 1880, heavily extended to rear and side elevation, however main part of building remains relatively intact with some fine architectural detailing. Two storey with attics. Red brick with stone detailing and rendering to first floor of main building. Bow window to ground floor with curved plain clay tiled roof above and full bay window with hipped plain clay tile roof. Both have stone surrounds. Main entrance door has stone surround with scroll pediment. First floor windows have decorative red brick surrounds. Main building has plain clay tile hipped roof with decorative ridge tiles and central pitched roof dormer with finial. Three substantial chimneys.
