Site Description : Built prior to1920 but later extended at rear. Of striking architectural design with unusual lighthouse tower leading from attic and mounted by glass dome with decorative finial. 2 storey with attics. Red brick with stonewash to first floor and some mock Tutor boarding. Bow bay window to ground and first floor mounted with plain clay tile hipped roof. Remaining first floor windows have red brick surrounds, all windows to first floor are timber sliding sash with small panes to upper section. Pitched roof gable with barge board and finial and three sliding sash windows with small panes to upper section in mock Tudor surrounds. Front door entrance is mounted by pillars. Plain clay tile roof with ridge tiles and bracketed eaves.
