Site Description : Two storey former co-op building within prominent corner location. Ground floor shopfront with residential accommodation above. Shopfront is divided by glazed tile pilasters with corbels above and lead flashing. Timber fascia runs width of shopfront. First floor has central triangular gable with balustrade detailing bearing the date 1907 with three bay timber casement window below in gibbed surround with red brick arch and key stone above. Flanked on either side by four bay timber windows with gibbs surround. Chamfered corner on the edge of Brunswick Street and High Town Road with Panel above that would have borne signage or lettering. This is flanked on either side by decorative quoins and mounted by triangular pediment. Projecting roofline on either side of central gable with bracketed eaves. Decorative quoins run either side of the first floor elevation.
