Site Description : Built in the latter part of the 19th century, within a prominent corner location of the High Town Road Conservation Area. Was refurbished and restored under the Heritage Economic Regeneration Scheme in 2004. Three storey Luton Grey with red brick detailing. Oriel window to first floor, surrounding windows timber sliding sash with red brick arches above and stone lintels to arch ends at first floor. Natural slate roof with ridge tiles, cast iron rain water goods. Ground floor has high quality traditional shopfront with timber fascia, stall riser, pilasters and corbels. Recessed doorway. Full length windows running the width of the shopfront with small pane fanlights above with description panels.
