Site Description : Formally Leagrave Hall, Built in1850 by Sir Edmund Filmer, 8th Baronet and MP for West Kent, large land owner in the area. Designed by London architect in Georgian style. Two Storeys, with attics, colour washed front wall. flat-headed windows with stuccoed heads. Natural slate roof, principle elevations crowned by terracotta balustrade parapet and stone string course
