Site Description : Built in 1914 with Art Noveau flavour. Three bay detached house of two storeys on a deep rough cast rendered piano nobile otherwise of brown brick. The principle rooms of the lower floor each have a bracketed oriel. The disposition of the windows is asymmetrical about the central bay which is distinguished by a mansard gable with heavy bargeboards. The entrance door at the level of the piano nobile is set asymmetrically in the composition under a splayed elliptical pitched tiled hood Plain clay tile roof. Central gable flaked by two hipped dormers. Perfect symmetry to first and second floors. Bow windows to first floor.
