Site Description : Built late 19th Century. Detached three bay building of two storeys with attic lit by centrally placed dormer. Good quality architectural design, of red brick and stone detailing. Decorative Gibbs surround to first floor windows with arched pediments. Twin feature chimney stacks. A good position behind a buttressed garden wall in grey brick makes the building create a visual contribution in the street scene. Outbuilding is of red brick with stone detailing and natural slate roof. Timber arched windows to ground and first floor of side elevation with decorative brick arches and keystones. Elevation facing Old Bedford Road has 1st floor sliding sash window and pitched roof dormer.
