Site Description : Early 20th Century, four storey brick built mill constructed along former goods yard of Luton Railway Station. External high level iron water tank embossed with Brown Bros. and believed to be associated with the Brown family who were prominent millers within Luton during 18th century. Significant architectural embellishment including bracketed cornice and high level gable and feature water tank on corbelled brick support shaft.
