Site Description : Victorian property existing on 1880s map. Two storey and basement. Stucco front reticulated on the ground floor. Strong moulded cornice string on console brackets. Two first floor windows with moulded architraves and corbelled cills. Sash windows with glazing bars. Two ground floor windows with moulded architraves having a rope motif, key stone marks, one male and one female. corbels to ground floor cills. Reticulated quoins to first floor.
