Statutory List Description : Terrace of four mid-C19 cottages built as two pairs. Luton grey bricks with red brick dressings. Welsh slate roof to all except No 72 which has modern interlocking tiles. Nos 70 and 72 have two first floor windows flanking arched blind window with diaper motif. The left hand window is a sash with glazing bars. Ground floor has central archway flanked by doors in deep reveals with timber surround of fluted pilasters, entablature and cornice. Outer sashes with glazing bars.

Nos 74 and 76 are similar but have central sash to first floor. No 74 has modern casements to first and ground floor.
