Statutory List Description : Circa 1860s. Luton grey bricks with yellow brick quoins and Welsh slate roof. Single bay facade, 3 storeys. Ground floor has C19 public house front with pseudo-marble pilasters and glazed tile stall riser, etched glass to doors and bottom pane of window which has semi-circular arched glazing bars and is flanked by slender timber pilasters. First floor has sash in architrave surround with cornice on consoles. Second floor has shorter sash in architrave surround.
