Statutory List Description : 1931/32 by Giles Gilbert Scott. Large, aisled building with chancel and west tower. Red/brown brick and pantiled roofs. Aisles shallow and windowless. Big, sloping buttresses to clerestory which is lit by rows of narrow, round headed windows. Broad, buttresses west tower with doorway recessed beneath arch and vestigial battlements. Vestries in transeptal position.
